Maggie’s Session – Saturday 5th September

posted in: News | 0

Maggie’s Session in September will be a special event as we will have a celebration of Travellers’ Culture from 2-6pm (bread making, Romany Caravan, poetry and storytelling) and then our usual session in the Centre celebrating Maggie Barry’s life. Please come along to both events.

On the second Saturday in most months (keep an eye on our Facebook page!) we have a lovely traditional Irish music session in the Drop In from 7.30pm. All are welcome to come and join in with an instrument, a song or a poem – or if you prefer to listen to others then that’s great. Paddy Barry hosts this event for LLTCA and it’s a really enjoyable session!
